Tasting Notes

Soft pink with great luminosity, the nose is characterized by a markedly fruity bouquet, where the predominant hints of wild strawberry and raspberry combine with the more subtle ones of cherry and pomegranate. In the mouth it’s well balanced by a fresh acidity and a pleasant flavor.

Best Served With

Throughout the meal, it goes well with hot and cold seafood appetizers, raw fish (especially shellfish) and vegetable -based first courses.
