Ruby red color with violet dark hints. Intense, complex, fruity aroma, with notes of small red fruits (cherries and blackberries). Velvety and soft texture, warm and quite tannic, with great taste-olfactory persistence.

Pairs well with risottos, first courses of baked pasta, red meats, lamb and savory aged cheeses. Pairs ideally with Slow-cooked rack of lamb, pappardelle with boar ragout, roasts, tournedos Rossini.
